Store Policy: All Sales Final Sealed Products

we can ship sealed products upon request. However, the final sale policy still applies to all items, whether opened during a live stream or shipped sealed.

Policy for Damaged or Missing Items

We take product quality seriously and want to ensure fair resolutions in the event of a damaged or missing item.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund, you must provide:

  1. Video proof of the product’s condition upon receiving the package.
    • This video should start before opening the package and show the external packaging condition, including any visible damage or signs of tampering.
    • If possible, capture the environment to document weather conditions (e.g., if it was raining).
  2. Video proof of the unpackaging process, clearly showing the damage or defect in the product.

Important Notes

  • The video must be recorded at the time of opening and submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • If no video proof is provided, or the unpackaging is not recorded, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that are not defective or damaged.
  • Once we review and verify your video, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
