Final Sale on Live-Streamed Breaks
All Trading Card Game (TCG) products opened during live-streamed breaks are final sale. By purchasing a live-streamed card break, you agree to this policy.
- Once cards are opened on stream, they become your property.
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for these items, unless they meet the conditions outlined in our return policy.
We Also Ship Sealed Products
If you prefer, we can ship sealed products upon request. However, the final sale policy still applies to all items, whether opened during a live stream or shipped sealed.
Policy for Damaged or Missing Items
We take product quality seriously and want to ensure fair resolutions in the event of a damaged or missing item.
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a full refund, you must provide:

Video proof of the product’s condition upon receiving the package.
- This video should start before opening the package and show the external packaging condition, including any visible damage or signs of tampering.
- If possible, capture the environment to document weather conditions (e.g., if it was raining).
- Video proof of the unpackaging process, clearly showing the damage or defect in the product.
Important Notes
- The video must be recorded at the time of opening and submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- If no video proof is provided, or the unpackaging is not recorded, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that are not defective or damaged.
- Once we review and verify your video, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
